I have loved books for as long as I can remember and would lose myself in the fantasy worlds of elves, wizards, magik etc. I could tell a story at any given moment and so it seemed natural to begin writing them down.
I began to write at an early age but did not begin to work on it seriously until my 40's
Depends on the length of the book can take a year. Then I give it to my readers and after corrections send it to an Editor. It's very important to have it professionally edited.
Every writer has a different method. I can be inspired by something I see or something that is said and it all starts to flow, the characters take shape and the story evolves.
I write as soon as inspiration comes. I never go anywhere without a notebook. Usually after my husband goes to work I curl up with my notebook and write.
Awesome, it was a long time coming so very exciting.
Read a lot in the genre you want to write in. Take note of things that inspire you. Listen, you never know when you will hear something that can become a story.
Absolutely, what better life than to be able to live in a land of magik and wonder.
